I am already familiar with ACT and wanted a book to go deeper into using contact with the present moment with my clients. This book is just what I needed! It has a great balance of theory, a clear structure for use & clinical examples. Towards the end there are dedicated chapters to how the approach works tailored to specific struggles and it really brings the whole book home to be a complete guide. A great resource that I’ll be studying & referencing for a long time to come.
